Phil is an award-winning director of feature films, commericlas, tleveision and, of course, music videos. His commercial eye and great insight into narratives from directing features brings a fresh perspective to every music vido. He's a perfectionist, the hardest worker you'll ever meet and is always the first one to have a joke on set but directing isn't really work to him - it's his passion.
